New Bread Coordinator for the 11:15 Service

After years of coordinating bread and wine volunteers for the 11:15 service, Marshall Thorpe has passed the torch (Olympic style) to Cheryl Smelson to continue in this role. For each Sunday we ask for a volunteer to bring a loaf of bread — homemade or store bought — and red wine for the 11:15 Eucharist. Volunteers will be listed in the bulletin and can include a dedication. Learn more

Chiarina Players Concert: “Voices of Resilience and Remembrance” – March 15th, 7:30pm, St. Mark’s

This program explores oppression and hope through the voices of female poets, four living composers, and two stalwart mid century works. Interspersed with movements from some of the most compelling works reflecting the darkness of wartime, this program amplifies the voices of resilient women — from underground poets in modern-day Afghanistan, set to song by Juhi Bansal, to survivors of WWII’s Kindertransport, in a song cycle by Lori Laitman. Easter Egg Hunt

The St. Mark’s Easter Egg Hunt is coming! Because this involves so many eggs, we are going back to our tradition of asking parents to bring 10 pre-filled plastic eggs per child (eg. if you have 3 kids participating, bring 30 filled eggs). Learn more
