This musical honors the grit and resilience of the immigrant’s journey. 

osaic Theater on H Street is doing a production of Somewhere Over the Border, a “fresh take on the Wizard of Oz which takes audiences on a musical journey from El Salvador to America.”

Continuation of discussion about the legal system and consequences for those with severe criminal charges, including the challenges faced upon returning home and how the community can better support these citizens.

The Gaza Children’s Shroud

August 16 after the 11:15 service; August 23 after the 9 am and 11:15 services.

St. Mark’s will be one of several communities each inscribing about 300 names on a shroud that will later be assembled into the Gaza Children’s Shroud, which will be on display at events in New York City and Washington, DC.

Nursery Coverage During Medical Leave

Starting September 6

The nursery will be up and running in September with caregivers, Ms. Katrina and Ms.Kenisha, while Deborah is out on medical leave.
