Bring Those Wrapped Utensils to Church
Take-out and delivery sometimes involve getting plastic utensils and condiments that go unused. Apps now sometimes let you skip them. You can do so, or take them out of the bag if you pick up. It helps the bottom line of small restaurants and the Earth.
Randy Marks has generously offered to collect such items that you bring to church and take them to Shepherd’s Table in Silver Spring (8106 Georgia Avenue). Shepard’s Table accepts WRAPPED plastic utensils, wrapped straws, and sealed condiments (salt and pepper packets, ketchup, sugar packets, etc).
