An Announcement About Announcements

To keep the time for announcements to 5 minutes, we are now requiring an
advance request.

This helps ensure messages are well-prepared and to the point, making it easier for listeners to stay engaged. It also shows respect for everyone’s time and helps us create a more focused and efficient experience for all.

If you would like to make a Sunday verbal announcement, please complete the online request form by the preceding Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. Clergy and staff will review the submissions and do their best to make thoughtful, fair decisions. You’ll be notified each Thursday afternoon about the status of your request. If your announcement isn’t selected for verbal delivery, clergy may still highlight it briefly and direct people to the printed bulletin for details.
