Vestry Notes from Randy Marks, Vestry Clerk
The Vestry’s June 24th meeting included:
– A recommendation to the Annual Meeting to approve relatively minor amendments to the Parish By-Laws.
– A discussion of how to make the building exterior more welcoming, such as improved signage and parking.
– Agreement to begin a strategic planning process. A working group will finalize the schedule and lead the process. It will begin with a questionnaire for members and include feedback meetings and input from Pillars and committees. The tentative goal is to finish the process at the February 8 Annual Meeting. The Vestry will next meet on July 22, at 7 PM, in person and via Zoom.
