2022 Worship and Engagement Survey

We are asking for your help with our latest survey! This is an important (and long overdue) follow-up to those conducted in 1996 and 2004 and is a response to the town meetings held in May. It includes a variety of questions (from demographics to preferences about worship), volunteering, COVID-19, etc. It is entirely anonymous and will take about 10 minutes to complete.
