Reverend Cindy Dopp is hopeful that more parishioners will respond so that input is more comprehensive and reflective of St Mark’s. Please submit responses…as short or as long as you desire. Your feedback will be used to inform the development of an updated Pastoral Care Ministry at St. Mark’s.

There are a variety of ways to respond:

• Complete the survey in your browser by clicking here.

● Open the survey as a Word doc, fill it out, save it, then email it to Cindy or place it in the box Cindy will leave at church

● Open the survey as a PDF, then either
a) print it, fill it out, scan it, and email it to Cindy or place it in the box Cindy will leave at church
b) type your answers in an email to Cindy
