Special Announcement: Youth Trip to Navajoland Underway!
On Saturday, June 21, six youth and three chaperones embarked on their highly anticipated summer trip to St. Christopher’s in Bluff, Utah! This trip is part of our ongoing relationship with St. Christopher’s as we exchange annual visits and work to foster friendships. Participants will explore the natural landscape with hikes along the cliffs, tours of local petroglyphs, and stargazing at an International Dark Sky Park. Our friends at St. Christopher’s have also generously arranged lessons in traditional crafts such as beading and yucca basket weaving, as well as many opportunities for storytelling and fellowship.
While there, our youth will help assemble a Little Free Library on the church grounds. We invite everyone to keep Grace, Andrew, Tee Tee, Amelia, Nathaniel, and Caroline and their chaperones Kit, Caleb, and Mary in your thoughts and prayers as they embark on this adventure!
