Parish Leaders: please share documents via Leadership Shared Google Drive
Parish leadership has decided to consolidate all-volunteer program and similar folders from separate shared drives to one Leadership Drive for two reasons: (1) to have the church rather than individuals “own” the files and (2) to make it easier to collaborate by having all documents on one drive. It includes folders for Vestry, FinComm, Fabric, Music, Service & Social Justice, etc.
Leaders of each group can grant or deny access to their folders, except that the Rector, Wardens, Clerk (as manager of the drive), and other leaders have access to all. If you have documents that you share with staff or other volunteers, please contact me at clerk[at]stmarks.net so we can create a home for them on the Leadership Drive.
