Help Support the High School Service Trip to Navajoland

St. Mark's teens are preparing to travel to Utah this summer and need our support.

Our summer youth trip is back! St. Mark’s High School youth have a long tradition of connecting with people and learning about God in a context other than our own. This year we are excited to continue that with 5 days in Navajoland, spent with the community of St. Christopher’s mission.

We have a team of 5 youth serving on the trip, and we need your help to make it happen. Our fundraising goal is $1,350 per student to cover trip expenses for students and, we hope, to make a donation to the mission. While we know this is a large goal, we also know we can count on the support of the St. Mark’s community.

The easiest way to contribute is to buy 1 (or 2 or 10!) shares of stock in the trip. Youth will be selling trip “stock” for $20 a share after each service during the month of June. Included in your share of stock is a postcard update from the youth, handwritten while they are on the trip, and an invitation to the Service Trips Celebration lunch to hear presentations from the youth about their experiences after the trip.

The support of our wider St. Mark’s community means the world to our youth program. Your investment in this service trip helps offer an experience for our youth that they will remember for a lifetime.
