Help Serve a Hot Lunch at Shirley’s Place
You can make a difference by helping provide a hot lunch for 50 walk-in guests at Shirley’s Place, Everyone Home DC’s Day Center. For some, this may be their only meal of the day.
Bring ingredients – sign up here. You can bring ingredients for chili or bake a batch of cornbread to drop off in Baxter Hall on Sunday, December 7 before 1 pm.
Join the cooking team by signing up here. (Scroll down to “St. Mark’s kitchen”.) We’ll gather in the kitchen off Baxter Hall at 1pm on Sunday, December 7.
We’ll serve the meal on Monday, December 8.
