Gratitude for Faithful Service — and an Opportunity!
Since late 2022, Mary Neznek has served as one of St. Mark’s representatives to the Partner Parish Council of the Samaritan Ministry of Greater Washington. The energy and creativity she has brought to the position have impressed both the staff and the volunteers from the other partner churches. However, the two-year commitment she made comes to an end this month, so she deserves our thanks for her good work. Mary plans to continue supporting the Ministry because she knows the positive impact it has on the lives of hundreds of adults each year. Now there is an opportunity for another member of our congregation to serve as our link to the Ministry, raising awareness of its programs and ways to get involved.
