Incarceration Justice – Court Observer
Opportunity to be a court observer – February 2, 2026 at 10am Judge Adrienne Noti’s courtroom #102, in the H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse, 500 Indiana Ave NW.
Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act [IRAA] Hearing for an individual – incarcerated for over 15 years. This man was placed into the foster care system as a toddler, and shuttled from one foster home to another. As a teen, he escaped to the streets and landed in the juvenile court system. Now, he has a chance to present his case to the Judge, at an IRAA hearing, to seek early release. The individuals who are able to apply for this relief have to prove their dedication to rehabilitation and shown leadership skills. A small group of us has gone to previous hearings; to support the individuals applying for IRAA early release. Their public defenders express thanks for the public response.
