St. Mark’s has long been committed to supporting music and the arts. During Sunday morning worship services you may sing hymns, hear choral music or vocal solos, and listen to the pipe organ and piano. St. Mark’s Chancel Choir & Festival Orchestra, 7:30 pm
Join us to experience 50 singers and a 19-piece orchestra perform Schubert’s
spectacular yet rarely-performed Mass in E-flat. A free-will offering will
benefit The Musicianship, an organization helping to empower youth
from historically marginalized communities throughout the DC metropolitan
region by providing free music education and enrichment programs that
build skills and amplify talents, resulting in positive life-changing outcomes.
A free reception will follow this event.
