Film Screening “Jesus Was A Migrant”
On October 18, St. Mark’s and 4 other Capitol Hill churches will host a screening of the film, “Jesus Was A Migrant” in Baxter Hall at 12:30 pm. In the film, Dr. Jemar Tisby travels to the U.S.-Mexico border to examine the theological crisis at the heart of American Christianity — and what it means when a nation built on faith turns its back on the most vulnerable.
