Gather in the St Mark’s courtyard as 12:30 pm, car pools leaving after 12:45 pm for 600 Howard Rd SE 20020, near the south end of the South Capitol Bridge. (The rally with speakers starts at 1:30 pm. Later, we’ll head north across the South Capitol Bridge, past Fort McNair, ending up at Waterfront Metro.)
