Spring Baptism Class (2-3 sessions)
Calling all families interested in baptism this coming spring!
In preparation of the Sacrament of Baptism at St. Mark’s, we ask families to join us for a two-session facilitated discussion to learn more about baptism within St. Mark’s and the Episcopal Church, and to explore the larger issues surrounding this important religious rite.
The class is specially designed to explore parenting issues that are posed by the Liturgy of Baptism, as well as provide an introduction to the resources & opportunities in St. Mark’s Youth and Family Ministries.
Tentative dates this spring are Wednesday evenings, March 11 and March 18, with a possible additional session/make-up on March 25. Sessions will be on Zoom in the evening (to accommodate busy bed-time schedules), 7:30-9:00.
