Vestry Notes from Retiring Clerk Randy Marks
At the February 8th Annual meeting, we, the members, elected leaders, amended our By-Laws, and heard reports celebrating our vibrant and growing community.
One By-Laws amendment requires the meeting Secretary (me) to distribute the draft meeting minutes for members to review. Please review the draft minutes and email clerk@stmarks.net with any corrections. After I incorporate any corrections, the Vestry will approve them at its March 24th meeting.
The Vestry next meets on February 27, at 7 PM, in person and via Zoom. Contact the new Clerk, Ryan Baugh, at clerk@stmarks.net with questions or to attend a meeting.
