Description:
A chosen family describes the close relationships and connections formed outside of our biological family. Are you drawn to the idea of a chosen family? What might carry over from your experience with your original family that may or may not serve you well? What can the many stories of families and alliances in the Bible tell us about what we might consider in forming these kinds of kinships?
Creating this bond, navigating the inherent challenges and examining how we might be changed by the experience will be the subject of 3-session Christian Education class offered on consecutive Sundays: June 8, June 15, June 22 — We will meet from 6 – 8 pm (after the 5 pm service) and share a simple, potluck meal.
