9 a.m. service — Sunday

The 9:00 AM. service does not follow a traditional structure; the first part of the service includes a Eucharist but no sermon, lasting about 45 minutes. At 10 a.m., children may depart to attend Sunday School classes in the undercroft and the rest of the congregation remains in the Nave for the sermon. Following the sermon, the congregation is invited to share their thoughts and comments in what is called "Sermon Seminar". Many people find this an enriching and nontraditional experience. The children's orientation ("Family Eucharist") is the second Sunday of every month.

St. Mark's Episcopal Church is a community of individuals. Come and be. Come and belong.
