Susan maintains membership, pledge and contribution information in the parish database and prepares various kinds of database–generated reports including contribution statements (for donors’ personal income tax purposes), Canvass progress reports, mailing labels, and email lists. She also coordinates income and expenditure processing with the Treasurer, Bookkeeper, Money Counters, & parish group/activity treasurers, and coordinates production of the Parish Directory.
