The Vestry
The Vestry is the governing board of the parish. Voting members are the Rector, the Senior and Junior Wardens and nine at-large members. Parish officers and the Associate Rector participate actively in the work of the Vestry but do not vote.

The Vestry typically meets monthly except in August. Its agenda is set by the Executive Committee (Rector, Associate Rector, Senior and Junior Wardens, Treasurer and Register) with input from members, Pillar Chairs, committees and others with business to bring to the Vestry.
The at-large members of the Vestry also serve on Vestry committees and are liaisons to the Pillars and other priority activities.
At-large member are elected at the annual parish meeting. They serve three year terms and cannot stand for re-election.
The Vestry’s Executive Committee is composed of the Rector, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Treasurer, Register and Associate Rector. It meets monthly to set the agenda for the Vestry meeting.
