Running For Office at St. Mark’s in 2017
Every year voting members of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, hold an Annual Meeting to cast votes for those members that have met requirements and followed set procedures, putting them on the ballot. Learn more about leadership roles and current leaders at St. Mark’s.
The nomination period opened late in January and closes on Sunday, February 19, 2017. Nominees meeting all the requirements will be posted for Parish review on February 26, 2017.
On Sunday, March 26, 2017 members will convene to elect new Sr. Warden, Jr. Warden, 3 Vestry members, and 2 Delegates to the Diocese.

The Annual Meeting will be held following a joint 10 a.m. service on March 26, 2017. Newly elected leader roles will be effective at the close of the meeting.
