Answering Angels

Position

15-20 positions

Duties

Answer phone & door, accept deliveries, maintain log, deal with mail, related duties as needed.

Experience Required

Quick thinking, able to deal well with people & with confidentiality. Short training session with an experienced volunteer.

Time Commitment

Three hours 9:00 AM. to Noon or Noon to 3:00 PM. Two to four times a month.

Selection Process

Volunteer to Answering Angel Coordinators.

Bulletin Stuffers

Position

Multiple positions

Duties

Prepare 400 bulletins for Sunday Services.

Experience Required

No experience required.

Time Commitment

Takes one to several hours each week. Can sign up on a week by week basis.

Selection Process

Sign up in Church Foyer or contact Parish Assistant.

Administrative Flying Squad

Position

Multiple positions

Duties

Be on call to help with mass mailings and other projects as needed.

Experience Required

Generally none, may vary with project.

Time Commitment

Varies with project. Commitment is only for a specific project.

Selection Process

Contact Parish Assistant or Administrator to put your name on the list. One of them will request help as needed.
