Family Yoga offers kids a chance to practice Yoga with their family members. Classes are structured like kids Yoga classes with emphasis on interactive and partner poses for kids and adults to do together. We'll do age-appropriate Yoga poses, breathing, movement games, and relaxation. Class is for children ages 4 to 10 years and their parent(s) or other favorite adult. (Younger siblings older than 3 years may also participate, but please contact Jen before registering them.) No Yoga experience required.

Prenatal Yoga, Summer 2 - Sundays, July 15 - Aug 19
In this all-level class, expecting Moms will cultivate the flexibility, concentration and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy and childbirth. Enjoy the community of other expecting mothers while we practice modified Hatha Yoga postures, breath work, vocal toning and meditation. Classes provide an opportunity to develop greater vitality and awareness of your body that is home for two, as well as to deepen your relationship with your baby. No previous Yoga experience necessary.
