Celebration of David Evelyn’s Life and Retrospective Show
Please join the Lambda Lions and the Arts Council as we celebrate the life and work of David Evelyn at a retrospective show and sale on Saturday, June 23, from 4 to 7 pm in the Parish Hall. Light bites and libations will be served. A significant portion of the proceeds will benefit St. Mark’s.
David was a long-time member here who sadly passed away 5 years ago this spring. He made his mark here in the arts, Christian Education, music, worship, and as a founding member of the Lambda Lions (then called the Lavender Lions!).
David’s daughter, Megan, will be in attendance and will be making available for purchase a variety of items from David’s prolific career from serigraphs to intaglio to assemblages to mixed media pieces. Any remaining pieces from the show and sale will be on display and for sale on Sunday, June 24, during pub lunch.
