If you are curious about what Buddhist meditation is all about and how it supports being a practicing Christian, please come. If you are already have an ongoing meditation practice, this is also for you. Our goal is to make this a place where everyone, regardless of faith (or non-faith) differences, can come and have a silent conversation with each other.
