This group is supported by Jonathan Foust from the Insight Meditation Community of Washington and John McIlwain (who has been active at St. Marks). If you are curious about what Buddhist meditation is all about and how it supports being a practicing Christian, please come. If you are already have an ongoing meditation practice, this is also for you. Our goal is to make this a place where everyone, regardless of faith (or non-faith) differences, can come and have a silent conversation with each other.
