Speaker on Sustainable Farming in Honduras

The St. Mark’s Honduras Committee and Outreach Board invite you to “Where Farms Meet the Forest” on Saturday, Nov. 4th 3:30-5:00 in St. Mark’s Baxter Hall.

Roy Lara, Honduran Founder and Coordinator of the Trinidad Conservation Project, will explain how communities are harmed by climate change and how they are responding. Remarkable results have been achieved using farmer-to-farmer workshops and community-to-community exchanges to adopt sustainable practices.
