'ACTS: A Gift of Service to the World'
Parliament of the World's Religions 1999
For the past six weeks, a group of area residents -- from Hyattsville, Silver Spring, Arlington, Vienna, and the District
-- has been exploring commonalities and differences through the workshop process. Out of their discussions and
improvisations have come characters, dialogue, and a plot, which Peter Krummeck has crafted into a one-hour play.
Please join the cast for a script-in-hand performance of this light-hearted look at the human condition, then stay for
a half-hour discussion with cast and director.
Worlds Apart: Overcoming Racism through Commonalities
Join us in the Nave of St. Mark's Episcopal Church for this special panel discussion
featuring South African playwright Peter Krummeck and other speakers.
Sunday, October 27, from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.
Light refreshments will be served.
